Right, first of all hi to everyone, only just signed up so i dont know any1 but cant wait to get to know every1.
Few facts about my tank...
Rio 400, holding about 477litre of water (105 Gallons)
My fish...
2 Columbian Shark
2 Pim Pictus
1 Pangasius
5 Silver sharks
1 Synodontis
1 Common Plec
1 Giant Royal Whiptail
1 Black Ghost Knife
1 Black Lancer Catfish
and my baby
1 Fire Eel called Dave lol
Anyways...
Currently running a ehiem 2217 classic filter.
Media im using is the blue ehiem Fliter pad, bio media ballls another blue Filter pad, another pack of bio media balls another blue Filter pad and a few layers of a fine white filter pads.
I have LOADS of tiny patricles floating about.
Id like a short term fix but eventually im looking at building a sump so what im after is obviously help with a short term fix and best media to be using in my ehiem and some advice and help with building a sump, pumps and where to get them from what size id need etc, best sort of media to be using in the sump, and basically an idiots guide to building a sump.
any help is much appriciated and i hope to hear from you soon.
