Help with Frontosa?

Hi guys just wondering if any of you who have kept Frontosa has ever had pop eye? I have never experienced it before with any of my other fish but 2 days ago I noticed one of my fronts left eye bulging out of its head. It is not cloudy and he's acting like he normaly does its just popping outa his face. He might of hit it against something. I did a 25% water change that day and other today with salt and raised the heat abit. Any sugestions on how to help him? Or just keep going with 25% water changes with salt and just hope it goes back in?

I have Frontosa but have never experienced pop-eye with them.The only fish ive had that has ever gotten it was a firemouth i had i did a 25% water change and it did the trick. Is there any other fish in the tank that could of bitten its eye, because the same firemouth once bit the eye of a red oscer i had and it made it swell for a bit.

Fronts spook easily. There is a good chance it hit it's eye some something in the tank.

still popped out but not cloudy so i guess thats a good sign...been doing 25% water changes every 3 days or so...

I have treated many eye problems on various fish with Melafix. Just follow directions on the bottle. You should see major improvement on your fish in 3or 4 days.
