In my 29 gallon, I have 2 huge goldfish that eat just about everything, including the bloodworms and the algae pellets that are meant mostly for the julii cories I have. I've had 3 of them for at least a year though, and I recently bought another two. Is there some technique I can use to get the food somewhere the goldfish can't reach, like with a cup or something. I also have a 10 gallon with a young blue cobalt cichlid and a black skirt tetra. I could move the cories there, but it might be too small, and the cichlid might bully them. Thanks. And the by the way, I will not get rid of my goldfish.

Goldfish are pigs, and will eat from any area of the surface whether top, midwater or bottom. Only solution I can see is to herd the cories to one side and section off the tank to feed them.

Throw the Cory food in about 30sec after the lights are turned off. The cories should be able to sniff out the food better than the goldfish.:)

You need to seperate the two. The corydoras will not do well with goldfish. If you won't get rid of the GF, then I'd recommend getting another tank.

Okay, thanks for the feedback. The problem is I have a little blue cobalt cichlid thats about 2 inches, he might bother them.

Feed the cories at night or through a PVC pipe (like a straw). You could also try some food which scatters - like bloodworm - so goldfish cant eat it all in one gulp.
