Help with getting Monster fish off feeder fish.

Should I do a starvation period if I want to try to get them to eat something like Tilapia?(Wolf Fish,Alligator Gar,Polypterus)

Yes. And I might add for far usually dropping food right on top of their mouths makes them snap at it.

Hungry fish will eat almost anything and can go weeks without food. Eventually you can try pellets!

You could try that, fish eat anything they can find if they are starving, but if they don't eat after a few weeks, don't starve them.

Try giving frozen food then switch to dry cold food in the fridge.

Starvation! Also make sure the pellets are large enough for a good chomp down!

Starve them. Eventually they will hit something. Like stated above it will sometimes help if you drop the food right near head. I've gotten gar to take skinny strips of tilapia fillet with feeding tongs within a couple days
