Help with ID please?

Any ideas on what this little guy is? It has a red tipped dorsal and is about 1.5"





Also, this guy wasn't looking too good (ripped up fins etc..) so I took him too... about 2"

Thank you very much for your time! They are both doing much better now.

I have them in a 100G with a separator so that they don't get beat up any further. And have a chance to completely heal.

Thanks man! I really appreciate you helping me out with all this. For now It's just these two and that other FH in the 100G with a separator. I'm going to keep just these and grow them out. Lots of water changes and we'll see how these babies turn out!
