The parisite or fish because the fish is like a valentine puffer i think, but the parisite is a type of parisite isopod i belive but dont know what type of spicies.
just saw the what type of puffer but i answed it i think its a valentine puffer most deffinitely.

it's a valentini mimic filefish.. you can tell because it has 2 dorsal fins, and one is that characteristic trigger...
