Cant get the attachments button to work for some reason...any suggestions?

I want to put some pictures up but it does nothing ...?

I am not sure but I thought you needed to have 5 posts in order to post images.

Yes, youre not a real member until you have 5 posts. I just joined tonight myself and I can't even look at my own profile yet.
