Congo eel is a pet shop name for amphiuma. It is Amphiuma means and they are from the southeast US, not the congo.

Didn't even look at Latin name
I did know it was from the U.S though
Super aggressive feeding response
He bites at any movement he feels

Doing good
Eating trout pellets pretty constant now
Put a crayfish in the other day I don't see it so I'm assuming he got it
Moves around alot
