Help with id.

Stumbled across this gorgeous cyprinid on facebook the other day that amazed med, it reasembles an lemon fin barb except its orange with tigerlike stripes, unfortunatly the video i screenprinted this picture im attaching from was really grainy and i could only see what i believe is some sort of barb for a split second. So if anyone could help me id this species i would be so grateful.

Nope its an cyprinid of some sort. Dont know if you guys can see this video as i found it again on facebook.

it could be the breed of lemon fin barb.
there are many color variations.
