Help with identification of this goldfish?

Maybe it’s a special breed, but all I’m seeing is a regular comet goldfish.
It definitely does not look healthy. First off, it looks malnourished and like it has some deformity (either from disease, genetics, or poor care). I can see popeye in its right eye. The reddish fins also suggest septicemia to me. I’d get it into an antibiotic as soon as possible (kanaplex is good for a broad spectrum treatment).

Thanks and that makes sense the owner passed away and I was picking up the sons tank and had me take this fish. I'll see if I can find it a new home.
