Help with identification

Hello,
New here but have had fish tanks most of my life. I got this little guy the other day and I think it was miss identified. It was sold as polypterus teugelsi. Ok it is just wanted to ask others opinion. I think it might be a esicheri?

Doesn’t look like a teugelsi to me. Possibly could be endlicheri but Hao and Caveden can give a better guess.

Yes cb endli. Not teugelsi. Most will reach ard 16-20”. Nice tank, has a lot of crevices for it to hide.

Thanks you for the reply. I was thinking it was an endi. The LPS had a lot of different ones. They have some gold dust bichir Im thinking of getting.

Probably did $70 bucks. The owner is a nice guy and they have worked with me on other fish I've bought from them. What is a fair price in your opinion? Like the gold dust is around the same price maybe ten bucks cheaper.

This, ask others haha. I live in Singapore. I don’t know the pricing and what should be considered a fair price in the United States.
