Feeder Fish

I need some help identifying these marks on my PB. I lost another PB the same size and trying to bring a 18" arowana out of a sickness in hospital tank. These fish were all on feeder fish. I have since quit feeding feeders. Trying to get this one to switch to silversides and kreel but to now go yet. Its been about a week since she has last ate. I have treated my 150g with prazipro so far and its on day 5. I have a new FX5 waiting to be set up but I need to know what these spots are and if I can use another medication to treat before setting up the new filter.

All other fish in tank seem to be just fine. 2 clown knives, 2 pike cichlids, 2 silver dollars, 2 tin foil barb, 3 catfish. Knives and pike cichlids ate the feeders all the time as well.

Any help or ideas would be greatly appreciated.

What are your tank parameters, no expert here buy kind of looks like ammonia burn not sure though.

In the past I've had some high parameters but did water changes every other day and brought them down to normal levels. I am going through prazipro treatment now so can't do chane until tomorrow. I was hoping someone could tell me if this was a fungus or disease.

Water parameters? Temp? Ph? Nitrates? Ammonia?

Looks like ammonia burn... I do know once the spots start turning blackish/greyish it means it is starting to heal up. so keep up with the water changes and hopefully it'll clear up soon!
