I got this snakehead last year at 10cm long. Imported through Sunbeam from Singapore.
They listed him as Channa stewartii but with no locale attached as C. stewartii have such a wide distribution there's many locales such as 'kalikhola', 'Karbi anglong' etc.
However, now at almost 10inch he doesn't show any specific patterns to many C. stewartii 's I've researched. Coming to think he's not what they labeled him as.
Wondering if anyone has any input on a confident or correct ID?
