Help with I'ding this cichlid

I picked up this cichlid out of my local pet shop. He was in with the red devil's and red dragon flowerhorns. I have been trying to figure out what he was for about a month now but haven't had much luck. Assuming it's a flowerhorn of some type. Wishad a better camera but currently this is the best I have.

He looks like a zz with a short body profile. Red dragon flowerhorn is accurate enough.

idk but good colors and hump for that size imo

It was from them fighting but placed treatments in just to be sure
