Help with Indo datnoid has a lump on his head

Hello, I have a indo datnoid of about 12-13 inches in my 180, he’s moving around like normal and eating regularly but I noticed yesterday I bump almost like a pimple on his head and wondering if anyone knew what it was and how I can help, I was thinking of treating the tank with aquarium salt or Epsom salt

I’d treat with some salt. Make sure it’s eating. Keep tank cycled and nitrates below 20ppm.

Yeah he ate today and is still pretty active , I’ll try the salt and see how it goes, Epsom salt or regular salt?

Doesn't look to concerning to me just a scape. I second regular aquarium salt.

It’s dat disease…. If left unchecked it can turn into an open wound once the pimple pops and eventually kill it. Clean filters, do big water changes, use salt and melafix will help it go away. This usually shows itself when water quality goes down and it’s contagious. Some fish may not get it but then overs will be taken over by it and die.
