Help with Japanese Kanji symbol translation

Hey Guy's,

Getting a new tatt done with the incorporation of some Japanese Kanji symbols.

Can someone please confirm the meanings before i get them done,

I'm a noob but don't most kanji have multiple meanings? or no?

there are Kanji dictionary's online and in books that you may find.
I thought the Japanese letter tattoos had gone the way of the mullett.

"courage" "honour"

The first Kanji means COURAGE with no other misconecptions or nuances.
The second is a little harder and generally means HONOR or PRIDE. This latter one is a little ambigous and you might get some different translations with similar gist.

That is what they were supposed to represent.

They might be out of "Style" but I like the idea of having a Tattoo that means allot to me but most people won't know the meaning unless i choose to tell them.... Make sence, sort of?? LOL

Thats my biggest fear, one of my mates has some Chienese symbols on his wrist, just walked into a studio and got them, we bag him all the time that it probably means "Insert todays funny insult" LOL
