Help with Jewel Cichlid Grow Out... Please

I have a batch of Jewel Cichlid Fry from a spawn 1 week ago. I would like to know how old they need to be for me to be able to start choosing the best male and female to keep. I want to keep the biggest and possibly most colorful male and the most colorful female. The rest will be either sold or given away.

I had jewel fry that were several months old and were just starting to color up. I sold them all before they had full color, but I'd say you have several months of waiting on your hands. Congrats and good luck
