I'm getting a 60 gallon as a gift from my lfs, but am having a bit of trouble. The tank setups I've had before came with their own lighting, but this is tank only. After much consideration, I've decided that I want to use LEDs. Most of the aquarium setups are rather expensive, but I'd prefer not to exceed $60.
The tank will have low-light plants like Java fern, and be housing loaches that have made it very apparent that they want dimmed lighting.
Any ideas? I'm not familiar enough with the types of LEDs available to decide what I want to set up.
