Would the fishneedit 48" 4 bulb 2 white 10000K and 2 Blue Acintic lights be too much or too little light for a 75 reef tank with a few anenomes and soft corals. Thanks in advance.

Should be enough. Depending on the anemone, it will likely move itself up to the middle or top of light structure.
I agree with HeathD.
I have that exact light on my 72 with RBTAs up high and softies and LPS down low. I added 2 more T5s with actinics and a blue LED strip for a bluer tint though. Had no problems growing anything or with the anemones when I was running just the 4 bulb fixture though.
