I have been looking fora LMB to put in my 75 for a long time. I dont know how to aclimate him with out killing him becasue of the shock from a huge enviroment to a 75g tank. How can I get him in the tank alive?

Most tropical fish are taken from the wild and transported several thousands of miles before acclimation. Your bass will probably fare pretty well provided you take a smaller fish and are mindful of temperature acclimation (especially at this time of year). Thats a general rundown if you have specific concerns, I'm sure the forum will help.

Teleost pretty much covered it. Try to get a small fish, the younger the fish the more easy it will be for it to adapt. Make sure you get it home quickly and acclimate it properly. I have seldom had any problems moving fish from the wild to captivity.
