Help with medicine combinations

I was wondering if anybody knows if its ok to mix levamisole and erythromycin? I have a bucco thats not eating and has white feces. I moved to a quarantine tank to treat with levamisole and his tail started rotting. I used erythromycin today and his tail is almost healed but i need to start the levamisole asap.
