Help with Meds for my AUL Lung!

Hey everyone.
It seems My Aul Scratched himself on some driftwood and it's resulted in a bacterial infection.
I contacted the breeder Gordon who said that the scratch did not look good and recommended 1/2 hr baths for 7 days in something called Multi-Cure by Aqua master, which is an Australian Product.
I ordered this product but it will take at least a week to get here and need and alternative medication.
Any recommendations????
