help with midas cichild

I came home today and noticed the stomach of my female midas cichlid is swollen. It looks like a golf ball is stuck in her stomach directly between her two bottom fins. I dont know what it is. If you have any idea or suggestions please help me out. i have attached a few pictures, hopefully they are of help. If additional are needed just say so and ill try to get some better ones. Thanks.

do I see a white patch on his side as well?

Does he has tank mates? I am not sure if it is fungal from wounds or a baterial infection

yes she is with a bala shark, a pair of jack dempseys, a tinfoil barb, and a rtc in a 210g.

What ever you do, you need to treat him in a seperate tank. Antifungal/antibacterial medicines are not too kind to the bio filters in your main tank.
