I noticed the other day my ray has an indentation in her forhead the shape of an upside capital T it starts under the eyes and and the the stem of the T goes up between them. I had been watching her carefully and she seems fine and is eating very well I just fed her. Anyone see this before?

Thats a sign that your ray is severely underweight. If it's that under weight you can probably see protruding hip bones right where the tail meets the disk.

It's hard to believe that she's eating very well and is still that underweight. How long have you had her and does she have any competition for food? What have you been feeding her? I would try giving her blackworms, bloodworms and ghostshrimp to get her to put on some weight; once she has a steady weight you can wean her onto eating other foods. In this condition I would feed her as much as she'll eat every 4 hours.

i fed her a bunch last night again and then this am the indentation is almost gone. Thanks guys. I was feeding once a day with shrimp. I got some black worms and will supplimenting with them too.
