So my Africans got into a huge fight and one tried jumping out of the tank. I sound if belly up but still alive. I transfers it to my SA grow out tank where the others are much smaller. When it was transferred it was making very little movement, kind of like it was having a seizure.Color has also started to fade away =\

Any one have any suggestions on what to do? I don't want it to die.

Here's a picture of when i got it not to long ago.

If your fish is alive but not moving, move him with your hands to get fresh air through his gills. This usually 'jump-starts' most fish that are trying to die.
As for his health, Tender Loving Care. Put the most effort possible.
Don't move him around unless it's an emergency, when a fish is moved from tank to tank, it's 9 times out of 10 an extremely stressful process, which can invite parasites and disease to attack your fish.

Just keep his diet regular, lightning regular, noise to a minimum, shelter spots for him to hide, not too much competition.

Besides that, good luck. Fish fight, especially cichlids.
