HELP with my bich

i recently noticed that my endichleri has a spot on the bottom of its body looks like a small wound similar to a pimple....What should i do? its my first time to see something like this could it be a wound from the substrate in its tank w/c are pebbles? any info would help...thanks:confused: :confused:

Do you have any drift wood with a sharp edge it could have poked itself on. I don't think it would be the gravel unless it is sharp. I would suggest doing a water change and adding some salt for the wound.
 
Not sure. Any other birchirs in the tank. Maybe he got poked by a dorsal spine.
 
Doesn't look to bad, I am sure it should heal up nicely whatever happend.
 
Theres really not a lot you can do at this moment but keep the water clean and watch for any developing redness in the finns or between the scales-Anne
