HELP WITH MY MOTORO!

my motoro stopped eating and kinda got disc curl. and i thougth it was my water so i did a water change. then it got better but it seems to be getting worse now. i checked my water it was fine. but today i lifted it up against the glass because it seemed sluggish. theres a small hole in the middle of the disc. and its a perfect hole. and its about 1/4 a inch diameter hole. i doubt its a scratch and i ts not heater burn. is it some kind of parasite. i woudl think thats the only way that therewould be a hold in the stomach area and theres some kinda fuzzy stuff on the hole. maybe fungus? any one have expierence with this?
in the picture the right side is a mole and the left side is a hole.

the waters fine.
tank is 100
couple pulchers bichirs clown loaches and another motoro. they are long term tankmates and never had a problem so i doubt its the tankmates.
it is WC
i am going to try to quarintine in but is there any meds that i coudl use?
should i use melafix to try to heal up the hole?

I'm 50% sure that it is a sting from your other motoro. A members had the same injury.

mine had the same kind of mark it died a week later after I discovered it.... I quarantined it added salt and bumped the temp up.... is the wound kinda yellow maybe some blackish marks in it

the hole is kinda like the same color as the stomach. thats about it. could it be possible the other motoro stung it? i owned around 10 motoros be4 and never had a problem with that ever.

One of my pearls had the same thing i treated with salt and melafix and went away in about 2-3 weeks. Not sure what caused it but i would treat your system with prazipro parasite remover just to be sure. I have also had problem with some my motoro's lately stopped eating and starting puffing up they had some sores also and they dont seem to be doing to good.
