Help with my school paper

im doing a paper for my environmental law class on hybrid vehicles.

I need ideas on how i can tie hybrid vehicles in with existing laws and existing federal or state policy.

i was thinking of going along with emission standards and the laws in california regarding car emissions.

But let me know what you think, the more ideas the better.

there are also environmental statutes pertaining to emissions. get an exact cite on the statute you need and I can pull the full text for you from one of the law databases I get access to.

lol kyoto your country didn't sign the BS kyoto so I probably wouldn't go that route. I'd probably use the emission standards route.
