help with new light fixture

i got this fixture with a tank i bought, i want to use it on my 55 but im not sure if its broken or not,one light works but the other sockets look like they have been broken out. if i can remove the white parts can you tell me how? im at a loss

Go to the manufacturers website. They should sell replacement endcaps or tell you who they sell them through.
