FEEDERS!! rosy reds are your best bet. Try and QT them before you feed them to your bass. try to get them off feeders ASAP.

If you just got them from Rapps then there still pretty small. I would mix in shrimp and some other type food's but stick to feeders until there 8''. ;)

How big are they? Can you post a pick? As far as the squiggly worm thing this may be planera.
 
Yes definatly stick to the feeders for at least four more months. They look good! Let us know how the get along. To help with the setteling in I would take the advice given by the other's.
