help with payara armatus

here is a video of my armatus and his one of his teeth broke off and grew back crooked. as you can see in the video he is not closing his mouth and is breathing heavier then normal. is this because the tooth isnt lined up with the hole in the upper jaw or is there something else going on? any advice or input appreciated.

it just takes a few for the new one to grow up, and into place. perfectly normal
