I was hoping that someone could give me a few tips for taking pictures of fish in their tanks!? All the ones i take either have the flash showing on the glass or are blury if i don't use a flash!
Thanks very much for any help that you can give me!!!

what camera are you using?

One way to avoid flash showing is by putting the camera almost right next to the glass. This way the light reflecting on the front glass will never be able to travel to the lens. Also another way is to take pictures in an angle.

Use a dark background to help the fish stand out better, and you can cover the flash w/ either your finger or a piece of electrical tape.

even try to cover the flash with tissue paper, that will defuse it

I'm using a digital camera with 7 mega pixels. Loads of different settings ie apperture, iso, light balance, shutter speed etc! I've got noidea where to start! Will proberly just be trail and error i suppose!!!???

probably.
If you can keep your ISO to 200 or lower (the lower the number the more light you'll need). If you keep it on 400 or higher your pictures will look really grainy unless you have a topnotch camera.
