Try for some side profile pics, just closer, with more detail in that area. I blew up the one pic, and while it sure looks like a male, I couldn't be 100%. Maybe someone with better eyes than me can see it clearer? lol

My wife and I took a look. She thinks ours is more round then pointy, but we're going to look at ours vent area again.
