Help With Red Texas (Urgent)

I need help diagnosing what my red Texas has. She was fine yesterday, but today when I checked her she was very sick. As soon as I saw this, I did a 50% water change, put in aquarium salt, and put in some easy balance plus to hopefully settle the water ph. Please tell me what to give her to get her back to normal.

Have you tested your water ? Her fins look slightly freyed along edges this could be caused by a pH crash , although without water parameters its just guess work so I'd suggest water testing as first call

I checked today, and she is fine now. After the water change and Ph balance, she was fully back to normal. Thank you for your advice.

Thank you, I now know what this is. For the 3 years I've had her, I always thought she was a Red Texas.
