help with setup

ok so I have most of the stuff for my berber skink but I am having trouble with the lights
firstly I have no idea where to put the uvb, do I put it in the basking area? or just anywhere
and for my basking area I have a 100w floodlight bulb but it doesn't seem to be all the hot, like it's definatly hotter than my house but I wouldn't say anything over 95

so I guess I'm asking what I should use as a basking bulb and where should the uvb go? or can I get a combo bulb?

The zoo med power sun bulb like amazon said is great. It runs like $35 for 100 watt spotlight but you might need little higher watt.

I would put the basking area on one end of tank allowing for cooler area on the other.
I have never kept berber skinks but pet store I used to go to in NY had ocellated (ofcourse they are different) but used only sand as basking area they felt it allowed the skinks to partially bury while absorbing UV .
Using flat rock the skinks feet would get to hot and wouldnt bask as much.

Again I myself never kept them but that pet store which I miss lol knew their stuff
 
ok thanks but I dont think I will be able to find one of those tmmr as evrything here is limited so I am probobly limited with a basking bulb and uvb bulb

also are those ceramic heat bulbs any good
