Help with shrimp

One of my shrimp is on its side kind of twitching is tht him/her having troble molting

Yah idk if a pic is gonna help he/she is still moving kinda pinching itself like its trying to molt Ive had at least 5 shrimp molt already in about a week ill get u a pic in a sec phone doesnt take good pics wen using it from the website
