help with stock for pond that will freeze over

Deapest point 10+
50% of pond 3 to 2 feet deep
no aration in the summer as of yet
Big thing is this is maine and it will freeze over
I curantly has bull head catfish that nned to be eliminated but thats for lattor.
 
You might be better off contacting or visiting Maine's Department of Wildlife website for recommendations.
 
Hello; There were guidelines about the depth of ponds and freezing when I took a limnilogy course in the distant past. I should have the old text and may be able to find it if you do not get good information from another source.

Well lets just word it this way.... Maine gets even the slightest idea you might have snezed the word goldfish around your pond and they nuke the pond and charge you 5000 to pay for it

Well you weren't seriously going to stock your pond with goldfish where it was prohibited were you?
 
Why get rid of the bullheads? I would just do a totally native pond.
