hola,

I need to know from some people about my stock list im getting all at once.

Im ordering off live aquaria,

- 4x tank bred clownfish osellaris small
-1x blue tank small
-bi color angel small
- bulb anemone small
-button polyp
-assorted mushrooms
-sarcophyton Toadstool
-possibly a haddons carpet

I have a 75 gallon/ 20g sump, 4 bulb t5 leds etc, extra 2 bulb t5, serveral powerheads, 50lbs of live rock, some mixed sand and crushed coral for gravel, unmarked re rigged in sump protein skimmer, might upgrade, current memers are maroon clown, colt coral about 8 inches, scopa tang, coral banded shrimp, tank has been setup, taken down, and set up again for about 3 weeks. with all equipment and members in here.

Just wondering if all is good with compatibilty or any issues

I'll let you know right now people are going to say the blue tang is too big for a 75... it can be done but it's not ideal.

I have been recommended the smaller species of tangs such as the yellow, Kole, Purple, etc.

I mean this wont be its permenent tank as i look for tanks every other day for classifeid deals i cant let go but im still going with the tang

+1 to Swamp. The Blue Tang will not be able to live in a 75 for very long. Until it gets to 6 inches tops.

Your setup sounds pretty good. What is the total wattage of your lights? This will be key in keeping an anemone. You could get a bubble anemone, though I wouldn't recommend mixing anemone's with corals. You should wait at least 6 months to buy an anemone though. They need an established tank and stable water conditions(you won't have this if you overstock your tank). The Haddon's is a definite no. They get very large, like 3 feet! They also are very hard to keep.

First off, you should not be introducing this many fish if your tank is only 3 weeks old. You need to let it mature before adding more fish at all. After a few months you can add a few fish, but try to take it slow. Introducing lots of fish at one time will put a big stress on the system and thus the fish.

The bigger issue here is you are way overstocking this tank. You definitely should not have more than one tang. They compete for food and produce a lot of waste. They also get quite large. The 4 ocellaris clowns will most likely be killed by the maroon clown. Maroon clowns get pretty big too and are super aggressive. You may need to get rid of the maroon no matter what, but especially if you are getting other clowns. It is not recommend to mix clowns because they will fight. Also, 4 is too many for a tank that is going to be fully stocked(over if you do buy them all). If you decide to mix clowns you should do 2 ocellaris to try to get a pair. You can see how the maroon and the 2 get along. Bicolor Angels also get pretty big as far as pygmy angels go, up to 6 inches. They also are not very reef safe and will most likely pick at your corals. I think it is ridiculous that Liveaquaria recommends only a 30 gallon tank for a 6 inch fish, they are normally a lot more accurate in that regard.

There is not enough space in a 75 gallon for all these fish and they will fight it out until enough die to create enough space for all of them. All these fish will also produce lots of waste and make it very difficult to keep good water quality and have your corals live(and grow).

I think your stock list would be a good for a 125 gallon if you only got 2 ocellaris and picked a small fish instead like a goby. Again no Haddons. You should not stock a 75 with the plans of having a bigger tank one day. You can buy more fish when you have the bigger tank up and established.

For now, with your 75 gallon, I think this would be a fully stocked tank and good planned list. No more than this.

1 Scopas Tang
1 Maroon Clown
1 Bicolor Angel
2 Ocellaris Clowns(if maroon doesn't kill em)
1 Bubble anemone

2x Carpet is always a risk.

Nems also hate toadstools chemical competition as well.

I can get you your BTA and all those softies as at a great price...grew them myself super hardy. Let me know if you are interested via PM.
