Hello all MFKers i am new to this forum and have been keeping fish for quite some time now. Currently i have 3 fish tanks witch are a 10gallon community 30 gallon community and a 90 gallon tank witch is currently empty and fully cycled. I had 4 red belly piranhas in the 90 gallon for about a year but i decided i would like a change and here in lies the problem i am not 100% sure what i want to put in the tank. Any suggestions and idea's would be greatly appreciated. :)

90 is ideal for a bunch of SA/CA cichlids, but most folks on here are Monster fish keepers and you'd only be able to keep one or two fish like that in that tank. I have a 90 with a Jack Dempsey, Green Terror, Firemouth, a Largemouth Bass (letting him go this summer) and a sunfish I caught in a minnow trap last fall.

If you want to keep a group of fish look into the South American (S/A) and Central American Cichlids as they max out from 6-10" depending on the species

http://www.aquahobby.com/e_gallery.php go here and scroll down. the gallery is full of cichlids

Good luck:D

oscars, bichirs, knivefish, clown loach, violet goby, one of the 2-3 up-side-down catfish species(i take that back, one species only gets 4in. so not that one),more bichirs, leopard ctenopomas. heck, if you still have room once youve decided what to put in there maybe a silver dat.

Thankes for the suggestion guys. One quick question do you have any pictures of silver dats?

here you go, http://www.fishbase.org/Summary/SpeciesSummary.php?id=14698. and as a warning, they will fit in a 90gal. but only get one if you dont have many fish in you tank, they will get 12in. and are active. thats just about all i know, you could go down to the datnoide forums in the "other monster fish section".
