help with stocking

how do i stock a 30 gal tank.
fish numbers and so on.

8 kuhli loaches
15 harlequin rasboras
2 Bolivian rams

How about it?

i already have in another tank:

2 kuhli loaces, 1 golden sucking cat, 1 bronze cory, and 2 neons and a danio

Question is what do you like in your fish? Attractivness/Colors? Attitude? Is this a tank for their whole life? Filtration? Aggressive? Maintenance schedule?

well i like colour, and the tank is more than 30 gal ( i decided on a bigger one) and attitude. no aggression because i get too attached to give them away. and yeah this new tank will be their permanent home o and it will be planted............
