lfs recommended to add some zrocks peacocks or an eletric blue 2 hap to my mbuna tank which has 1 inch saulosi and yellow tail acei in it right now. Would that work in a 55 gallon?

i mix haps/peacocks/ and mbuna in my 55. everything is good with my tank (i do however keep my hap/mbuna stock low and keep mostly peacocks). just have enough rock work for the mbunas and enough open water for the peacocks/haps
I never mix haps/peacocks with mbuna. Mbuna are or will become too aggressive for the haps/peacocks, but to each their own. I have always had promblems mixing them.
You could get some basic easy to find mbuna like yellow labs, zebras, rustys, or mainginos. All are on the less aggressive side when it comes to mbuna.
