ok when i was a little kid i played this game that u start off as a fish and go around eating thisngs to gsain poinyts.. then u could use those points to evolve... like buy better teethe

E.V.O is a great game, still play it on PC- just get yourself an emulator and find the ROM for it.

err...I just got SNES9X way back..and got ahold of a couple huge game bundles..works flawlessly minus the odd bad rom..sorry, wish I could help you out more.
