I just have a jd and a gold severum right now in my 90 gallon. It's lightly planted with some anubias. I have led lights with both white light and blue moon lights that can be put on a timer. Advice on time on/time off for both? Thanks!

Also my setup came with a blower. I was going to run it from the afternoon through the evening on the lowest setting. Does that sound about right?

Whats a blower?
Do you mean an air pump?
If so and it runs your filter, 24/7 all 365 days per year is normal
8-10 hours is usually a good day light period for live plants plants.
And you can have it go on when you are home.
Lets say you work and don't get one util 5pm, you could have it come on at 3pm, so your fish are active when you are there to feed and do there maintenance.

It's a Jabeo wavemaker. (Yes, the air pump for the filter is always on :) ) There are different settings for waves or a steady flow which I think is good for aquarium circulation but may not be necessary to run all the time. (Or it may not be necessary for cichlids at all - I'm not sure.) What about the blue "moon light?" When do people put that on? Is it even necessary?

The Moon light is not necessary just a preference for some to view species that dwell during the night.
