Help with Western Rainbow Fish

Hey guys
Today I noticed some of my Rainbowfish lining up together and what look to be twitching side by side and they all seem more active than usual and much more colorful, one of the males has streaks of blue in his fins which have never been there before.

Is this anything to worry about in terms of the twitching?

Light some candles and put on some music for them and the twitching will stop soon enough.
