Looks like the beginning of lymph/fungus. Would increase ur changes and add salt.

I agree with Kno4te, looks somewhat like Lymphocystis, which is viral. Lymph is like the common cold in that it is everywhere all the time, and shows up during stress, either transport, or low water quality (like high nitrate) an aggressive tank mate, etc etc. Since it is viral no meds are of any use, only reducing stress , and pristine water.
But many fish disease look similar, so it coud also be bacterial (is the fish new, have you added new fish without quarantining?)
If it is bacterial, one of the "worst" things to do is turning up the heat, bacteria (and some viruses) become more virulent with warmth.
If your normal water change schedule is 50% once per week, I'd double or triple that routine.
