how long have you had him? how long has it been since it has eaten?
 
sounds like an internal perasite... when my fish wont eat i treat them for internal parasites and they get up and eat again in the next day or two. that would be my first guess
 
no need to jump to conclusions with out some info first...
 
well its just my first guess. thats whats wrong with my fish when they wont eat. is there anything unatural in the tank such as something you found that wasnt made for an aquarium? thats my second guess.
