HELP!!!!!

My cousin's Flowerhorn suddenly got this thing on it's head. i was guessing it was sick " hold in the head". but i wasn't sure. can someone please tell me how to treat this sickness or identify the sickness that this fish has? please! and thanks! and the fish isn't eating for the past week too

Add some salt and a anti bacterial med to the tank per it's directions change 30% of the water now and 30% after completion of the meds along with some carbon in the filter. If the medication you used dose not work try another.
