hey guys, my flowerhorn is swimming upside down/ on its side, can anyone tell me what is wrong with it and what can i do to cure it thanks heres a picture of it

Ouch... Prolly a swim bladder issue? Did he take any hard hits against anything? Any fish in the tank with it? Does it look bloated or is its belly normal sized?
it doesnt have any fish in the thank with it, but it usually swim around the tank aggresively though... i dont know if its able to eat or not but is there anything i can do
