help!!

i just got my clown knife and i have never had one before. he is about 3 inches and seems to be doing good in our tank, but i have never seen him eat and this worries me a lot. i have tried feeding him dried brine fish and live mealworms and even flakes but he will not take it.

also, is there a way to determine the sex?

i'd really appreciate it if someone could help me out!!

CKs are nocturnal. You're best bet is just to feed it at night with the lights off. Try Frozen Bloodworms. You may or may not see it eat, but look to see if it's side is a bit swollen (means it ate). Sex is difficult to determine with these fish.
