guys i really need help my silver aro was looking good till today when i woke up he was hardly moving and all his fins would not come up i got him to eat on gold fish and usually he attacks anything that hits the water can i plx get help . ps. the water is really hard how could i make it softer ?? i think it may be the cause but plz help

How big is the aro?

What are your water parameters? temp, ph, ammonia, nitrites, nitrates...

it is a 135 gall the temp is 80 farenhite amonia 0ppm nitrates 20ppm and nitites 0ppm
the ph is 7.8
